If for some reason you aren’t in the know, HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT takes short intense bursts of exercise and pairs it with short periods of rest. In my opinion it’s one of the absolute best protocols for fat loss.

Benefit #1 – HIIT CAN BOOST HORMONES
HIIT does burn calories, but it also does so much more. Training at such a high level can create a prime environment for fat loss in your body. HIIT has been shown to boost not only testosterone levels, but also growth hormone levels after as little as 10 minutes of effort. Another bonus is that growth hormone and testosterone are a great combo when it comes to accelerated fat loss and lean muscle gains in both men and women.
Benefit #2 – BUILD LEAN MUSCLE
Building lean muscle is hard, but extended amounts of HIIT programs along with EMS technology have been shown to increase lean muscle mass. Adding lean muscle pays off huge with it comes to burning calories at rest.
